I have been using best

"I have been using best rest Formula for several months. I take 2 capsules one hour before bed. It takes the edge off of being restless. There is an odor to the capsules that smell "earthy"."

Best Rest was not a

"Best Rest was not a win for me. Tried 1 capsule first, and slept well for 4 hours, then was very alert at 2am and slept poorly until I finally gave up at 4am. Same thing the next night. Waited a week to try again but with the full dose of 2 capsules and those two nights were even worse - waking quite alert after just two hours and struggling to sleep the rest of the night. This is just not for me."
