"This is not a knock on Pure Encapsulations but more on the actual element. My doctor and research indicate that Boron can increase Free Testosterone. Took 4 pills per day for 2 months with zero percent improvement in blood work tested Free T. Might have some hidden internal benefits but nothing tangible or measurable. Will not take this one again."
