"I had switched to another cheaper brand that had DIM and calcium d glucarate in one capsule, and after about 2 months, I was not doing well at all. I looked on the bottle and the calcium d glucarate was only 50 mg per capsule! My fault for being careless, but I immediately ordered the Pure Encapsulations Calcium D Glucarate, and after being quickly delivered, started taking the higher amount of 1000 mg (2 capsules) with the DIM, and started to notice a decrease in symptoms in about one week. It's pricey, but has not fillers, and it works. You get what you pay for."
