The capsules are not properly

"The capsules are not properly sealed. There is powder on my fingers after I reach in to grab a capsule, and there is powder when I "pour" out multiple capsules on a table to pick from among the capsules. This not been the case on the magnesium capsules nor the B12 capsules."
