The right stuff, disappointing packaging
"D-Mannose in small doses (1/2 scoop) 3x a day is part of a strategy to reduce UTIs in my paraplegic 10 yr old Lab. The first time I ordered two smaller containers and each one came with its own scoop and a pack of desiccant. Worked fine, and is an important part of what is so far an effective solution. My problem with this order is: I ordered triple the amount of a single container —expecting to get three containers rather than two. Nope. You sent one large container. It didn’t come with desiccant. I’m concerned that over the longer period of use the D-Mannose, which is already lumpy, will get moist and become harder to measure and even possibly less potent. This is perhaps nit-picky. Still, I work pretty hard to keep my canine companion healthy and this was an unwelcome surprise. 4 stars because I trust the product will be okay—otherwise you wouldn’t have packed it that way—and the missing star represents my concern. And the unexpected change in packaging."
Works Well for My Dog
"My dog was diagnosed with urinary crystals in her bladder and it would cause frequent urinary tract infections. I give her this twice a day along with a probiotic formulated for dogs. She's been on it since September 2024 and knock on wood, she has not had a UTI since!"

"This supplement is a life saver for UTI’s. Frequent peeing issues. The elderly lady I take care of suffers with frequent UTI’s antibiotics do nothing for her but this always does the trick. I use two scooper fulls twice a day in a smoothie and it has a pleasant taste. 5 stars all the way with a trustworthy brand."
