Product Information

Daily Calm combines L-theanine, saffron, GABA, and ashwagandha to relieve occasional stress and anxiety while supporting a positive, relaxed mood and emotional well-being. Suntheanine®, a trademarked L-theanine, supports a relaxed and alert mental state.‡

How To Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 2 times daily, between meals, or as directed by a health professional.

Science & Research

A four-week randomized clinical trial using L-theanine found support for stress-related symptoms.¹ Clinical research shows that saffron, a widely studied spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus, supports emotional well-being and positive mood.²⁻⁴ Clinical studies also show that saffron supports sleep with continued use.⁵,⁶ Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb, helps the body adapt to stress by restoring balance. Studies show that ashwagandha supports a calm, relaxed mood, helping to relieve occasional anxiety and stress.⁷⁻⁹ Together, these ingredients support multiple aspects of emotional wellness, helping to relieve occasional stress and anxiety while supporting a positive emotional outlook and sleep quality with continued use.‡
