"I took this for 3 months, 60 mg every other day and my ferritin went from 37 to 17! I even took it separate from food. Clearly this formula does not increase my ferritin levels. It tastes good and I had no stomach upset. It did constipate me though. I love Pure Encapsulations brand, but this type did not work for me. Optiferin-C worked better for me in the past."
