"I like to know quantities. When I asked PE whether the 1 mg lithium in each capsule meant 1 mg of lithium, or 1 mg of lithium orotate, their technical people got right back to me. Each capsule contains 30 mg of lithium orotate, which from high school chemistry and Wikipedia makes sense. Each capsule contains 1 mg of lithium. I want a low dose, for safety, and because the doses in mice in the Nature paper were quite low."
