This liver detox supplement stimulates both liver and G.I. detoxification. The formula also includes certain antioxidants that boost tissue glutathione levels—glutathione helps protect the body from free radicals. Other nutrients such as curcumin offer more detoxification while promoting gastric, colon and liver cell functions. We also included sulforaphane, from broccoli sprout concentrate, which has demonstrated a role in maintaining healthy colon cell function. L-glutamine helps to maintain healthy intestinal integrity, ensuring proper nutrient utilization, while limiting the amount of toxins that pass through the intestinal barrier.^‡

"Without a doubt, there are a lot of good things in this supplement. But after taking the first dose (with a meal), I experienced a lot of gas, which is unusual for me since I take digestive enzymes. The next morning, my stool was extremely malodorous. I don't know whether this is a by-product of detox or whether it is due to the concentrated broccoli in the product."
