"It's hard to tell how this is working because I am also taking magnesium. I am having normal and more regular popps. I am also clear of SIBO symptoms, which is wonderful. "So far I have had success in getting my bowels to work again. I did my research and read that MotilPro supports serotonergic and cholinergic function which helps the digestive tract move how it should. I have been taking antidepressants for years, that were anticholinergic which meant that overtime, my motility slowed down and I had severe constipation. After about a week of taking this, Ive had more urges to go without the extra supplementation, so I am going to stick with this and I may not need to take as many since its starting to work with just 3 capsules a day. Looking forward to more improvement"

"Tried this as I saw its components are quite popular as prokinetics to help methane-predominant SIBO (or IMO). Here's my experience after 5 days, taking 1 capsule about 3-4hrs after lunch and 1 before bed. Pros: Unlike several commenters, I did not find this irritating my stomach. I have gastritis and GERD, so I was pleasantly surprised when this only produced a warming (not burning or painful) sensation. It felt similar to drinking something very warm on an empty stomach, or like the contrast used in CT scans (only isolated to the stomach). Cons: I saw no improvement in constipation at all. It also produced terrible intestinal cramping, like I hadn't had since taking oregano oil and allicin. $60 down the drain in my case, but it may help others. After this purchase, I found one practitioner who found only 10% of SIBO patients she's treated got relief from this product, but that those 10% swore by it. Thought this was worth mentioning."
