"I have been using this for over a year. A dietician recommended this to me for a multivitamin and I have had no complaints. Nothing much more to say than I have had adverse effects to taking this. It's an average-large sized capsule but it's a powder inside and those are so much better going down than a large solid pill, in my opinion!"
