"This provide caused me to get very sick the one day I took it. Dizzy , trouble concentrating, nauseous. I emailed the company x2 attempts about it and never received a response . I eventually reach out thru PayPal which is how I paid. I received a very short, rude response stating their “return policy” is listed on the webpage. Poor customer service and experience all around. I ended up getting a refund but do not recommend this product or company. I tossed this vitamin in the trash."

"It works, period. I take 3 grams per day with a meal for acne. It is the best among all the brands. It does not have all the unnecessary excipients like Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, found in most supplement brands. This way, you avoid getting side effects like upset stomach. Highly recommend!"
