"These seem to be the most comprehensive prenatal for what I'm looking for, at a reasonable price. "I haven't tried these, but I'm posting this as a warning to others, because these have way too much Vitamin A for pregnant women. I remember reading that pregnant women shouldn't have too much Vitamin A, and I was surprised in shopping for pills to see how much these have. I checked again, and these exceed the recommended daily max (from all sources). Ask your doctors, as maybe the research is outdated, but I'm not sure I've ever seen a prenatal with this much Vitamin A. Disappointing, because this brand is normally decent."

"I like the ease of taking these capsules and the cost compared to other companies. They do not cause an upset stomach either. The only issue is the amount of choline recommended for pregnant women is 450-550mg. Due to this, I will be switching to a different pre-natal since this formula only contains 100mg."
