This supplement provides the serotonin precursor 5-HTP and inositol, which supports serotonin receptors. The ingredient taurine supports healthy serotonin activity and maintains healthy reuptake. How To Use

"My Dr. recommended l-tryptophan but I decided to go with SeroPlus instead. This is a high quality brand with an excellent formulation with some great precursors however I just dont think it works for me."
