"After two months my LDL ( 143 to 86) and cholesterol ( 220 to 148) dropped dramatically. My other change was going plant based. I cut back on the Choleste Pure and my numbers started rising again but not back to my initial ones. I’m back on two tabs with meals. My primary provider is thrilled. My cardiologist wants me on a statin. Staying as is with Choleste Pure but may leave this cardiologist. ; )"

I do not know how

"I do not know how much of an impact this has had in lowering my cholesterol levels. My doc wants me to take it for 90 days and then re-cjeck. But, I have not experienced any negative side effects like I sometimes do with supplements or pharmaceutical products. My system is sensitive but tolerates this pretty well."
