"I read a study showing BCSO can help with pain and inflammation associated with RA, and my rheumatologist gave me the okay to try it. After about seven weeks of taking one capsule twice a day, I felt no pain most of the time. I went to my first in-person appointment with this doctor today, and she couldn't get over how great my joints look! BCSO is allowing me to slowly wean down (and hopefully eventually off) prednisone—I'm at the lowest dose I've been on in a very long time. As an added bonus, it also got rid of two plantar warts on my foot. (And yes, I'm sure it was the BCSO because I started it, and they started getting better, then I paused for the covid vaccine process just in case and they didn't change at all, and when I restarted, they went away.)
