"Do take after eating something! This causes me nausea and stomach upset if I take it on an empty stomach, most likely due to the copper. That said, this supplement seems to be the most comfortable way for me to take supplemental copper, and I get a good range of other benefits from it. I prefer it to every other hair/skin/nails supplement I’ve tried."
