Testing this Brand and dosage

"I am experimenting with this dosage and brand. I chose this brand because I have had a great experience and results using the Pure Encapsulation brand on other supplements. Furthermore, I am in the optimization stages, where I started at 10 mg and slowly increased the dosage once a month. My doctor recommended that I start low and slowly increase for 3 months, and then we will run another blood test to see how effective supplementation is. So far, at 30 mg, I feel much better than at the lower dosages. One huge difference is in my deep sleep and less stressed mood. Also, my doctor thinks highly of this brand."
