It offers distinctive nutrition, such as a pre-formed vitamin A for individuals with decreased conversion of carotenoids due to genetic variations in the enzyme BCMO1. This formula also encourages healthy brain signaling, emotional balance, and includes antioxidants to promote healthy cellular function.‡
This multivitamin/mineral formula offers folate as Metafolin® (L-5-MTHF), a naturally occurring and biologically active form of folate that provides support for individuals with genetic variations in the MTHFR gene. "Highly recommend! This is the most comprehensive multi out there. It covers everything you need, minus iron if you are experiencing anemia/low iron. It causes no stomach upset and makes your hair grow and gives you sustained energy throughout the day. It’s also excellent for anyone who carries MTHFR mutations which are common. 5 stars!"

I will be switching back to a regular multivitamin.
