"I’m astonished (in a good way) with the customer service of this company! 5 days after placing my order I received an email asking if I had received it yet because it was believed to have been lost in transit, I replied no and was asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years so of course I said replacement. They immediately placed another order for me, overnighted it and the package needed a signature in order for it to be delivered. They also added an ice pack due to it being summertime here. Wow just wow! These vitamins ladies are the best that’s out there seriously. When I’m consistent my hair stops falling out as bad and I wake up with ALOT less aches and pains. I swear by these and will forever be a customer 😊"
