"I have had Fibromylgia for almost 20 years now. Over these many years on a holistic healing journey, I have tried many, many adrenal support products, with and without whole adrenal & adrenal cortex. I have to say with ADR Formula, from Pure encapsulations, I definitely feel my energy go up, or at least feel sustained (depending on the type of adrenal fatigue I am experiencing at any given moment!). That's saying a lot, considering the fact that there were times in the past when nothing worked - or just barely noticabaly. I take 1 in the morning upon rising. Then another around 1pm. The suggested use is just one a day. However, as I have learned from my hoiistic/integrative specialists, when dealing with a chronic condition like this your dosage will usually be higher than the average person. I appreciate the combination of adrenal supporting herbs, with the very effective &needed actual adrenals."
