I accidentally returned a wig
"I accidentally returned a wig order I had purchased to pure formulas, mistaken that it was vitamins I was returning, as both the wig order and vitamin order came at the same time. That was last month. I was promised they would be returned if I paid shipping, which I agreed to. Since I have not received the wigs back, (I have inquired twice) I will not order from pure formulas and give a good review until the wigs have been returned. I live with severe alopecia and they are a necessity."
