"The reason for my searching for Tumeric (Curcumin) is to help with black pepper (BioPerine) my finger joints pain. My ten fingers used to feel stiff and painful when I wake in the morning. I had to do some stretching to alleviate the pain. After taking this product for the first day, I noticed the finger joints are not as painful when I wake the following morning. On the 2nd day, my condition continues to improve. This morning, I do not remember that I had pain in my joints when I wake. It works really well. I started taking this product on July 16th, and today is July 28th (12 days). I take 2 capsules in the morning, after breakfast, but before lunch. On the day I use my hands a lot, I took one more pill in the evening, but I only did that once or at most twice since I started taking this product. I highly recommend this product. I am so grateful for Pure. Thank you!"
