"This was recommended by my GI doctor for symptoms of silent reflux and GERD. It has been very helpful in soothing my throat irritation. I read that DGL works best when allowed to coat the throat, so after confirming with Pure Encapsulations I decided to utilize the powder directly. I open the capsule and mix with a couple of ounces of water and drink. The taste is earthy and takes some getting used to, but to me worth it to ensure I’m getting the full benefit from this supplement. There are other DGL products on the market, some chewable, however with added sweeteners which I do not tolerate well. I like Pure Encapsulations because their supplements are free from additives which upset my system. Definitely worth a try."
