"DHEA has truly been a life changer for me. It has not only helped me with burning fat/ building muscle, but mentally I feel great while taking it. I heard Andrew Huberman talking about its benefits for Veterans with PTSD, and decided to give it a try. I was waking up without the depression/anxiety that I had on and off throughout my life. It is definitely worth trying it to see if it has the same effect on you. Also, him and Joe Rogan both praised Pure Encapsulations specifically- and so do I. I wouldn’t purchase any other DHEA products."

"I tried this supplement at the recommended of my ob/gyn who thought that naturally increasing my testosterone levels with DHEA would increase my energy. The only thing I noticed while using this supplement was increased anger as a side effect. I am not usually an angry person, so the difference was noticeable and bothersome to me. As soon as I stopped taking this supplement my mood returned to normal and has stayed that way."
