"I have been taking the Pute Selenium ( selenomethionine ) for over 2yrs It states take 1 pill a day of the 200mcg I have been taking as I have hypothyroidism ( which has now progressed to Hashimotos ( autoimmune disease ) I was not feeling well and went to my doctor who ran some blood tests. Turns out I have Selenium toxicity. Apparently the recommended daily dose for Selenium is 55mcg why on earth is this Pure supplement 200mcg !!!! I have been taking nearly 4 times the amount a person should take daily !!!!! Pure I would like a comment from you"
